The ideal candidate would have substantial post qualifying work experience.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for practitioners who can work flexibly across the different areas of the service with the enthusiasm needed to engage a wide range of children, young people, their families and other professionals in meeting their diverse needs.

You must be a registered professional with a relevant governing body (NMC, Social Care Wales or health professionals council) and be able to deliver mental health assessments (compliant with The Mental Health Measure Wales 2010) and evidence based interventions for children and young people.

Experience of working in the community with children and young people/adults who are displaying a range of risk type behaviours, complex mental health needs and complex family situations would be an advantage.
