A community health organization in Plymouth is seeking a dedicated CAMHS Practitioner to join the Early Help Pathways Team. This role requires delivering assessments and advice to children and young people experiencing emerging mental health issues. The position offers a long-term contract with standard working hours from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Applicants should have community experience and relevant qualifications. We are looking for a dedicated CAMHS practitioner Nurse/Social worker to work in Plymouth as part of the Early Help Pathways Team.
This is a community role and the working hours are 9 – 5 Mon/friday. We can offer a long term contract with view to extend.
As an Early Help practitioner you will work to deliver assessments, advice and signposting to community services and schools working with children and young people who may present with emerging mental health difficulties. Community Experience is essential for this role.
