Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Bromley seeks an Operational Manager for Bromley CAMHS. This leadership role drives the delivery of high-quality, safe, responsive mental health services for children and young people, carers and professionals within a dynamic CAMHS leadership group.

The post holder will provide senior management to Bromley CAMHS staff, collaborating with clinical and operational leads to design and manage systems to ensure services meet policy, priorities and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of the Bromley CAMHS service.
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of care pathways through the service, including triage, assessment, treatment and discharge of children and young people with mental health problems.
• Ensure the service is delivered in accordance with CYP IAPT principles.
• Work in partnership with Heads of Profession and other clinical leaders to maintain a culture of clinical excellence and safety.
• Operate as a leader within the multi‑agency network of children’s services in Bromley to deliver an integrated system for improved mental health outcomes.
• Ensure the service meets key performance targets, including those in local Children and Young People’s Plans.
