Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust invites outstanding candidates to join Bromley specialist community CAMHS as Operational Manager. You will provide senior leadership across Bromley CAMHS, designing and managing systems to ensure high-quality, safe, responsive services for children, young people and families.

The role requires extensive operational management experience and strong communication to drive THRIVE framework adherence and service improvement across partners.

Qualifications

• Degree level education is required.
• Professional qualification relevant to CAMHS (e.g. Social Work, Nursing, Clinical Psychology).
• Post qualification training relevant to CAMHS.
• Appropriate management qualification or equivalent experience in health or social care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of the service.
• Ensure delivery of care pathways through triage, assessment, treatment and discharge of children and young people with mental health problems and their families.
• Ensure the service is delivered in accordance with CYP IAPT principles.
• Lead and maintain a culture of excellence in clinical standards and safety across the team.
• Represent CAMHS within the multi-agency network to improve mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
