Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (1/3 Weekend Cover)
£27ph Weekdays, £30ph Saturdays, £35ph Sundays

To work as part of a psychiatric liaison team providing a core mental health liaison and assessment service providing clinical cover 09:00-17:00 to the Paediatric Department on a 7 day per week basis
To support the service in developing and delivering a liaison service, from age 11-15

Job Description

Offer an assessment service to patients presenting at the emergency and paediatric departments with broad range of mental health and psychological problems, and psychiatric illnesses
Providing a mental health consultation, liaison and advice service throughout the departments
Delivering a range of evidence based psychological interventions to individual patients aged 11-15 who have predominantly self-harmed
Assisting and supporting general hospital colleagues in making decisions about treatment and care in complex situations
Providing formal and informal education and clinical supervision to registered and unregistered staff
Representing mental health services within Hospitals Trust
Providing a communication structure between secondary mental health services, primary care and non-statutory services, as a means of ensuring the highest possible standards patients care

We also offer a £250 bonus for starting this contract this will be paid out to you after 150 hours completed (4 Weeks)
