A UK health service provider is seeking a CAMHS Inpatient Case Manager to provide clinical expertise in Hampshire, Sussex, and Kent. This role involves managing a caseload of young people and ensuring compliance with service specifications. The ideal candidate should have experience in mental health support and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This position may require working in shifts on a rota system.
Provision of clinical expertise to the Hampshire, Sussex, and Kent Provider Collaborative. Ensuring effective care pathways within and across Provider Collaborative boundaries. Resolving complex or disrupted care pathways in conjunction with colleagues across England (and within the UK for service users placed outside England). Supporting the Provider Collaborative team to ensure that services within the footprint are compliant with all specifications. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money services. Maintaining case management systems and record keeping, and keeping them up to date. Managing a caseload of young people and supporting their families/carers. The role requires working as duty within office hours on a rota system with other case managers, with administrative support. Attending clinical meetings to support alternatives to admissions.
