Dorset HealthCare is seeking a Community Practitioner to join their West Core CAMHS Team. This role involves delivering evidence-based treatment interventions and managing a clinical caseload to promote recovery among children and young people. The position offers professional development opportunities and is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover.
Are you a registered professional? The West Core CAMHS Team is seeking an enthusiastic Community Practitioner to join their supportive team.
As a CAMHS Community Practitioner, you will deliver a range of care and evidence-based treatment interventions on a one-to-one, family, and group basis. Your goal will be to promote recovery in collaboration with children, young people, and their families or carers. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and partner agencies to ensure high-quality care and adherence to clinical standards.
If you're eager to develop your skills working with young people, this role offers an excellent opportunity to transfer existing skills and acquire new ones. We provide training through our Clinical Competency Framework, along with clinical supervision and line management support to help you grow professionally.
