Responsibilities

• The post-holder will ensure effective communication with referring and receiving teams throughout the Trust, and Primary care.
• Where appropriate the post-holder will join therapy sessions in complex cases.
• The Consultant psychiatrist is also expected to be involved in strategic development of the team and broader services.
• The post-holder will develop a personal development plan for lifelong learning.
