Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting three permanent Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialists to support CAMHS Tier 3 and Tier 4 across multiple settings including clinics, homes and schools. You will deliver specialist assessment, formulation, risk assessment and care planning with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Hold a nursing degree and be registered with the NMC.
• Experience working with children and young people in a health setting.

• Contribute to formulation, risk assessment and care planning.
