Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust Brent CAMHS is seeking an assistant psychologist to support the delivery of a specialist applied psychology service at Monks Park Health Centre, Wembley. The role involves assisting with clinical work under the supervision of a registered practitioner psychologist, and taking part in assessments, interventions and service development.

Qualifications

Assisting clinicians under supervision with psychological assessments.
Delivering protocol-based individual interventions for clients.
Co-facilitating group interventions and psycho-educational sessions.
Assisting in developing clinical materials and training resources.
Supporting carers/partner agencies training to aid clinical work.

Responsibilities

Provide psychological assessments under the case of Brent CAMHS with close supervision.
Provide protocol-based individual interventions for Brent CAMHS clients.
Arrange and co-facilitate protocol-based group interventions for Brent CAMHS.
Assist in development of clinical materials and training resources.
Co-facilitate training to carers or partner agency staff to support clinical work.
Support service quality by adhering to CNWL policies and NICE guidelines.
