The Role

We’re seeking a Camera, Lens and Lighting Technician (Film and TV) to join our team. This hands-on role involves maintaining equipment, supporting clients technically, and ensuring high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, testing, and packing equipment for projects
• Diagnosing equipment issues
• Logging and managing repairs
• Keeping the kit room organized and clean
• Recommending new products and tech
• Advising clients on setups and gear choices
• Assisting with preps and tests for customer crews

Who You Are

• Self-motivated, diligent, detail-oriented
• A quick learner with problem-solving skills
• Capable of working under pressure and adapting to last-minute changes
• Technically skilled with professional camera systems (ARRI, RED, Sony, Canon, Aputure, etc.)
• Good communication skills for client interactions and technical advice
• Ideally 1+ year experience in a rental house or 2+ years in a technical film/TV role (e.g., Assistant Camera)
