About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Camera Crew Support. This would be a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in Film & TV who want to see and feel the impact of their work in a hands-on, operational, service-focused environment.

Join the busy team at Sunbelt Rentals, providing camera support equipment to Film and TV productions, including camera cranes, remote heads, positioning vehicles, and grip accessories. The Crew Support will assist with operational activities, ensuring high standards in our equipment and services.

Key Duties Will Include

1. Equipment Management: Assist with the preparation, testing, and loading of equipment for hire, ensuring it is functional and safe.
2. On-Set Support: Support crews on location, including rigging, setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
3. Equipment Returns: Handle equipment returns, inspecting for damage or missing items.
4. Documentation and Logistics: Keep accurate records, prepare delivery notes, and manage logistical aspects.
5. Maintenance and Repair: Assist with maintaining and repairing equipment.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

To succeed, you should have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of camera equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a camera rental house or film production is a plus.
• A valid driving license may be required.
• This role may involve working evenings and weekends.
