Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Camden with complex SEN needs. The role requires experience with autism, communication needs, and consistent routines. This is a full-time, term-time only position with an immediate start.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, using PECS, Makaton, and visual schedules to help pupils meet targets. A calm, safeguarding-focused approach and ability to build trust are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Proven SEN experience in mainstream or special settings.
• Confidence supporting pupils with complex needs.
• Calm, consistent and resilient approach.
• Strong safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to build trust with pupils who need routine and patience.
• Based in, or able to commute to, Camden.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils working below age-related expectations.
• Support pupils with autism and communication needs, including anxiety or dysregulation.
