Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Cambridge is partnering with secondary schools to recruit graduates and career changers for a paid two-year salaried teacher-training programme starting in November 2026, offering hands-on classroom experience as a Cover Supervisor and progress to PGCE and QTS.

You will earn £23,000-£27,000 per year, gain mentoring, and have fully funded teacher training with opportunities for a permanent post.

Qualifications

• UK bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
