Executive Talent Solutions is recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to support the Head of Finance in a rapidly growing tech business. Based in Cambridge, the role covers day-to-day financial operations including AP, bank reconciliations UK and international, payroll and management accounts.

The role is based at their site in Cambridge and ideally four days per week in the office, with real opportunity to develop your finance skills and contribute to monthly reporting and financial

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience of accounts payable.
• Experience of bank reconciliations.
• Experience working with accounting systems.
• Experience working with Excel and financial data.
• Experience of working to deadlines and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and allocate to accounts.
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payments.
• Complete regular bank reconciliations for UK and international accounts.
• Support payroll preparation and processing.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and journal postings.
• Assist with year-end accounting and budgeting support.
