Job summary

Nova Education Trust is seeking an Exam Invigilator to support students during exams. The role is casual with pay at Scale 1, Point 3 (£13.28 per hour) and starts as soon as possible.

You will set up rooms, supervise exams, assist with access arrangements, manage records and help with mock exams and the main exam season. The closing date is Monday 26th October 2026 at 9am, with safeguarding checks required.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam rooms per seating plans and adjust for access arrangements.
• Oversee students during exams to maintain calm, enforce regulations and prevent misconduct.
• Assist students with questions while following guidelines and respond to emergencies.
• Gather, organise and securely store completed exams and related materials, documenting attendance and accommodations.
