We are seeking confident, enthusiastic and motivated graduate Cover Supervisors to join a team of secondary school professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in local schools and support students across a variety of subjects. Starting September 2025.

Duties as a Cover Supervisor:

• Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a productive learning environment

• Supporting students with their learning and ensuring lesson objectives are met

• Reporting back to teaching staff and recording any incidents or progress

• Covering a range of subjects – ideal for those who enjoy variety

Ideal Cover Supervisor:

• Hold a degree in any subject (education, psychology, English, science, maths, history etc. all welcome)

• Have strong communication and leadership skills as a Cover Supervisor.

• Are confident in managing a classroom and engaging students

• Are considering a career in teaching or education

• Have some experience working with young people (advantageous but not essential)
