We are recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Dewsbury who are looking for a Call Coordinator to join theirdedicated team on a permanent basis.
This role is crucial in providing first-class support and guidance to individuals seeking information and assistance. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring that all inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and care.

Ideally my client is looking for individuals who have handled high volumes of calls preferably within a support organisation. The incoming calls can be quite challenging so if you have had experience of dealing with these types of calls then that is definitely going to support your application.
Also a good strong background in data collection and accurate data processing is essential in this particular position.
