Rate of Pay / Hours: £25,800 Basic up to £6,000 Incentive Plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development

Additional Details: This role is shift-based, working 5 days out of 7. Some weekend work is expected.

We are seeking a new team member to join our central office in Birmingham. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll work on behalf of the 37 Malmaison and Hotel du Vin properties across the UK.

Your responsibilities will include talking to customers, handling enquiries, maximising conversions, and showcasing our hotels and services. Making great experiences happen for our guests will be your top priority, ensuring they receive top-notch service every time.

Ideally, you will have…

  • Experience in a customer service role (6 months or more preferred)
  • A natural enthusiasm for customer service
  • Confidence when speaking to customers on the phone
