Job Title – Call Centre Sales Agent

Department/Sector – Sales

Job Location – London

Salary – £18k with a £28k plus OTE

Our client is currently looking for a sales agent to help convert inbound calls from excited holiday makers looking for their dream holiday of a life time.

If you don’t have a travel sales back ground don’t worry, our client will provide you with enough training

Your role is to turn an enquiry into a tailor-made booking, remember the more products you add on for example transfers and excursions, the more commission you’re going to earn.

We are looking for someone that really enjoys hitting targets whilst building repeat business for many years.

The team spirit is great with plenty of team sales competitions and nights out so you will have a new social life along with a new job.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all the travel needs of clients calling in for flights
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Work competently and exceed set targets

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Welcome all telephone calls with enthusiasm and meet client’s needs
  • Be responsible for advising and selling an extensive range of travel products
  • Attend regular product and sales training sessions
  • Report to manager on a regular basis with sales figures
