Job Description:

You will provide quality and personalized one-stop information service for the clinics. This includes handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat, as well as other online platforms

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to day surgery and/or imaging services.

· Manage all dial in booking and WhatsApp/online scheduling.

· Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.

· Address patient’s concerns with empathy

· Collaborate with medical staff to resolve issues efficiently.

· Maintain confidentiality in compliance with PDPA regulations.

· Support administrative work and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE O Levels with at one year experience in a customer service role.

· Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous

· Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
