Our client is one of the UK's leading retailers, committed to serving their customers, communities, and planet better every day. They are expanding their customer engagement centre team, and we are looking for talented individuals like you to join us in creating delightful experiences for their valued customers.


As an ambassador of the brand, you will embody their values and lead by example in everything you do.

Location: Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD2 3TN & home based (flexible hybrid working pattern)


Pay Rate: £12.10
Enhanced: £14.15 (hours worked 20:00 - 23:00)
Overtime: £18.15 (bank holidays)


Hours: Full time, 5 days, 35 hours per week, including weekends
Shifts between 13:00 and 23:00


Duration: Ongoing contract

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding service to customers over the phone, handling queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist customers with order queries, delivery updates, product information, and more, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Utilise our advanced systems and tools to process requests efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Adhere to our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and diligence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service that makes a lasting impression.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner over the phone.
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and use Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy call centre environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to resolve issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
