Role: Call Centre Claims Agent
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day. Rotating shifts between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 5 Saturdays.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: GBP25,877, plus an achievable performance-related bonus, paid quarterly once established within your role.
We are looking for a professional candidate, experienced in Customer Service or Claims Handling, to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving Claims Department. We invite applications from candidates with and without experience in Motor claims.
The ideal candidate, in line with our salary bracket, will have experience working in a call centre environment.
