A leading insurance provider in Liverpool seeks a Customer Service professional to join their Claims Department. The role involves managing customer repair claims, conducting investigations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the claims process. Full training will be provided, and candidates with or without experience in motor claims are encouraged to apply. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week , 7.5 hours a day. Rotating shifts between 8-6pm Monday-Friday, 1 in 5 Saturdays
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £25,877, plus an achievable performance related bonus, paid quarterly once established within your role.
We are looking for a professional candidate, experienced in Customer Service or Claims Handling to join one of our friendly teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving Claims Department, and we invite applications from candidates with and without experience in Motor claims.
The ideal candidate, in line with our salary bracket, will have experience working in a call centre environment.
