Wescot Credit Services is seeking Welsh-speaking Call Centre Agents to provide outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering solutions with empathy and care. A comprehensive training program will be provided before you start in a varied, remote working environment with flexible hours.

Wescot Credit Services is looking for Welsh-Speaking Call Centre Agents to join one of our outsource campaigns.
We are seeking team players who share our enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to 5-star customer service to be the first point of contact supporting Welsh-speaking customers in their preferred language.
As a Call Centre Agent at Wescot, you will:
You will start with a 3-week training program. During this remote training, from Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm, you will learn about our business, clients, systems, and how to best support our customers.
After training, you will transition into weekly shift patterns, with options for either a 37.5 or 40-hour contract. Our operating hours are between Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am – 1pm, with a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift.
