Title: Contact Centre - Outbound Sales

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full Time

Location: Glasgow City Centre - Office based

Salary: £25,396 plus bonus ( OTE £26,700 )

Role Responsibility:

Responsible for contacting patients who have shown interest in refractive treatments including laser eye surgery and lens replacement. This role is all about converting warm leads into booked consultations by understanding patient needs and showcasing the value of our services.

1. Make outbound calls to patients who have enquired about refractive treatments.
2. Deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities.
3. Consistently hit KPIs and conversion targets.
4. Build trust and rapport, guiding patients through the consultation booking journey.
5. Take ownership of every interaction, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
