Club Med offers regular training sessions and FAM trips to familiarize staff with resorts. The position involves collaboration with various departments such as transport, customer relations, and trade. It may require weekend work (two Saturdays per month) and can be office-based or hybrid after an initial training period.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service: Welcome clients warmly, build lasting relationships, support them proactively, and ensure follow-up and satisfaction.
  2. Create tailor-made travel experiences: Understand client needs, design personalized trips, maintain knowledge of resorts and destinations, and liaise with travel agents via phone and email.
