Job summary

Pure Staff is seeking a Calibration / Service Technician for a permanent role in Worcestershire. You will receive full training and have opportunities to progress, with some UK and international travel as the job develops.

The role involves maintaining and calibrating equipment, diagnosing faults, and keeping detailed records. The ideal candidate has mechanical/electrical engineering training, hands-on manufacturing/service experience, and a professional, self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Technical training in mechanical / electrical engineering
• Experience in industrial manufacturing / service environment preferred
• Enthusiastic, professional appearance and able to work unsupervised to tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK Driving license
• Willingness to travel internationally (as required for training)

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on company products
• Calibrate equipment to the relevant standards (pressure / flow & electrical)
• Diagnose faults and communicate with the customer
• Keep accurate records on the company CRM and databases
• Write detailed reports and submit all other appropriate paperwork in a timely manner following all company procedures
• Maintain correct stock levels
