Job summary

Accord Healthcare seeks an experienced calibration technician to join our engineering team at site in the UK. The role focuses on instrumentation, calibration and electrical duties in line with cGMP, SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will troubleshoot, test and calibrate equipment, maintain records, and support audits while working from drawings and specifications. A strong background in analogue/digital signals and wireless protocols is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified to ONC level or equivalent in electrical/instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of analogue/digital signals and common protocols (0-10V, 4-20mA, thermocouples, RTD, HART, Modbus, Ethernet).
• Up-to-date knowledge of cGMP, cGDP, cGAMP and HSE.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, calibrate, and modify equipment to calibration and regulatory standards.
• Calibrate, test, and install equipment with calibration functions, controllers, and electronic circuits.
• Use test equipment to calibrate and test apparatus and maintain precise records.
• Support calibration and validation of site components and assess impact with engineering team.
• Provide support during quality and regulatory audits.
