Logistics Service External Business Coordinator/Developer
- Daily monitor local business CP (local cooperation partners) service quality and KPIs.
- Analyse and collect local market intelligence, and generate integrated analysis to support the business.
- Meet customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation to the final destination; deal with daily claims related to UK local operation.
- Support business development for local logistics resources, and handle related processes and documentation.
- Follow the process for logistics solutions with the Europe and China team including Procurement, IT, product, and customer service.
