Job summary

Dunelm's Pausa coffee shop in Cambridge seeks a dynamic leader to drive exceptional customer experiences. This role is hands-on, 35 hours per week, with pay from £13.85/hour rising to £14.41/hour and an annual equivalent of £25,207 rising to £26,226.20, plus overtime.

You’ll lead a team, set the tone, and ensure every visit feels like a warm welcome home. You’ll empower colleagues, monitor CSAT, and translate feedback into action.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Background in food and drink service (café/deli) is desirable.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Be customer obsessed, delivering joyful, efficient service and a warm welcome.
• Lead by example and inspire a culture of care and fast service.
• Coach and empower colleagues to craft great cups and excellent customer experiences.
• Monitor customer feedback, act on it, and continually improve the store mood and output.
• Manage daily targets, product focus, and merchandise execution with the Store Coach.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute engagement plans in-store.
