Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly bar team member to deliver standout service across the bar and cafe operations at our Harrogate property. You will craft drinks, serve guests, and contribute to a premium dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar service and delivering standout guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage orders with care to guests at the bar and dining area.
• Manage and run the Café, the Place.
• Work with Hotel Management to implement changes.
• Create a variety of drinks with signature recipes.
• Brew fresh coffee and provide attentive service.
• Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
• Record orders accurately and maintain pace with service.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Serve food orders with care to guests enjoying the bar, offering a seamless dining experience.
• Manage and run our Café, the Place.
• Work directly with Hotel Management to implement changes.
• Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bringing flavours to life with signature recipes.

• Brew fresh coffee as needed to keep guests energised, and provide exceptional table service.
• Set up and maintain the bar to meet premium standards, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
• Record orders swiftly and accurately, keeping the pace while prioritising attention to detail.
• Keep the bar sparkling clean, from counters and sinks to all tools and storage spaces.
• Report any equipment issues to management to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• Proactively restock and replenish supplies, maintaining a fully equipped bar for every shift.
