Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor for part-time hours (20 per week) across its venues. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help manage daily operations with a proactive, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
