This cosy café is looking for a friendly, welcoming front of house supervisor to co-ordinate the entire front of house team and ensure that customers receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly.

Nestled in the stunning Argyll landscapes, this is a popular café that's dedicated to crafting delicious dishes and home-baked treats and serving exceptional house-roasted coffee. They offer a great work-life balance with shifts on a rota basis so you can enjoy fantastic perks while working in one of the most picturesque spots in Scotland!

What you'll do:

  • Ensure the customer receives the warmest possible welcome
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Set clear team goals
  • Monitor team performance and report training needs
  • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Assist with team building activities

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor is desirable
