Join our team at the beautiful Parade Garden in Bath, as a Cafe Supervisor. We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors while ensuring smooth cafe operations.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
  2. Address and resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
  3. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  5. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
  6. Ensure equipment functions properly and report maintenance issues.
  7. Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance.
  8. Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
  9. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Maintain knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  11. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
