Job Title: Café Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: £12.71 hourly

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and courteously.
3. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock and minimize waste.
6. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues promptly.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance.
