We are currently recruiting for a Cafe Supervisor to work at Llyods Banking Group.

Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head office - Birmingham City Central Location , B3 3SD

Rate of Pay: £28,288 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm , 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)

About The Role:


We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds office building.
Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter Pop Ups including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's table and daily office hospitality menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
  • Work with the GM to maximise sales at the relevant site
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Previous B&I contract catering experience
