Café Supervisor (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: M Shed, Bristol
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed Term
Hours: 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00-17:30

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Café Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the vibrant M Shed Café. This is a fixed term opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee, people, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 1-4 staff members in the smooth running of the café
• Act as Lead Barista, setting the tone for quality and consistency
• Champion Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices across all operations
• Deliver team training and support development of staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold brand standards
• Work closely with other departments and contribute to a collaborative site culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Barista experience and strong coffee knowledge
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience
• A proactive and organised approach to daily operations
• Someone local to Bristol with a good understanding of the area
• A team player who enjoys working with an established and well-trained team
