Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include
  • Checking and storing all deliveries promptly and correctly
  • Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
  • Being a responsible key holder
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
  • Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
  • Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
  • Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

  • Have previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
