You will assist with preparing and serving food and beverages, help maintain cleanliness and safety, and ensure cafe readiness for customers during opening hours. Desirable: Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Opening and closing the cafe
• Preparing and serving food and beverages whilst operating within Food Safety and Nutrition guidelines
• General catering and specific cleaning duties
• Cash handling/till operation
