Responsibilities
  • Preparing and serving delicious food to the highest standards
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent service every day
  • Overseeing all caf e9 operations, from stock control to budgets and action plans
  • Completing weekly business returns and monitoring KPIs with your line manager
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are always upheld
  • Supporting, coaching, and developing your team so they can thrive
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and representing Compass Group UK&I positively at all times
Qualifications
  • Previous management experience in a caf e9, restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • Drivers License Desirable
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for food and customer service excellence
  • Financial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certification (or willingness to achieve this)
