Cafe Manager - Leeds

Monday - Friday 7am to 3.30pm


£31,700 per annum


We are looking for a confident, friendly, and hardworking individual to take full ownership of our café, treating it as if it were their own. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, service, and community, with the autonomy to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and closing the café independently
  • Preparing small breakfasts and snack items (basic cooking skills required)
  • Delivering exceptional customer service - always with a smile
  • Handling daily administration duties and managing stock/orders
  • Identifying opportunities to increase and maximise income
  • Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe café environment
