Tesco Cafs in the United Kingdom require a Caf Manager to lead a welcoming team, oversee daily operations, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service and product quality. You will train and develop staff, manage performance, and ensure safe, legal operations across the caf.

We have a great opportunity for a Caf Manager with a passion for customer service and proven people management skills to take responsibility for one of our comfy, welcoming cafs. With your background in hospitality, youll oversee daily operations as well as the selection, training and development of a friendly team. Youll make every day a little better for the team, so they can do the same for our customers.
As a Caf Manager, youll share our commitment to excellent customer service. After all, no one tries harder for customers than we do. Youll manage helpful, eager colleagues in a caf thats clean, tidy and organised. And, youll identify opportunities to improve our ways of working, while maximising sales and ensuring processes, routines and standards are adhered to. In short, youll be making sure everything is safe, legal and that the caf delivers a service to the high standard we aim for.
