Job description

ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, via ARNEclo.com. We have recently branched out and are now also available via Selfridges both in store and online.

We have ambitious plans for the aesthetics and interior of the store, and we're confident that this has never been done anywhere in the world. The level of store fit-out (literally calculated by £ per square foot) at the price point we sell ARNE is unmatched. Retail and most brands have been greedy, offering at best an average shopping experience, and we want to change that.

Each store, both now and in the future, will embody everything ARNE represents—where it was born and why it was created. It will be branded by the way we see the world and reflect the "Less is MORE" philosophy, with the understated impact we aim to make as the world continues to move towards a "fake it till you make it," flashy way of living. We want our customers to experience the best value in the world, from the products we sell to the store experience itself.

Reporting to our Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our café operations within our first flagship store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with ARNE's brand.

So, if you are creative with a keen eye for detail, have a passion for the fashion industry and want to join us on our exciting journey of opening our first physical store, please apply today!

  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to create an integrated customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies to optimise revenue.
  • Drive engagement through in-store events, seasonal promotions, and community activations.
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.
