Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role with a better work-life balance? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Cafe Manager to lead the daily operations of their welcoming and vibrant cafe in Liss.

Cafe Manager - About the Role:

As Cafe Manager, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding customer service and food quality. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage stock and supplies, and work alongside the General Manager to support the overall success of the business.

This is a daytime-only role with an alternate weekend rota, offering a great balance for those seeking a more structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the cafe's daily operations
2. Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-tier customer service
3. Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene
4. Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
5. Support basic kitchen tasks when required
6. Monitor and control costs to drive profitability
7. Work closely with the General Manager on strategy and performance

Cafe Manager - About You:

1. Background in hospitality management (cafe, restaurant, or similar)
2. Branded experience is desirable but not essential
3. Confident managing a team in a busy cafe environment
4. Hands-on, with the ability to step into the kitchen when needed
5. A strong leader with excellent organisational skills
6. Must be able to drive due to location
