BaxterStorey is seeking a Cafe Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding hospitality in a London-area cafe. You will drive a high standard of service, manage daily operations, and motivate staff to exceed guest expectations.

Job Description

• Ensure that customers are given anefficient and enjoyable customer experienceand that their service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Monitor the work of all colleagues and carry out appraisals, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
• Be passionateabout the Coffee Bar operation and be aware of new concepts and ideas in the industry and on the high street that may enhance the current offer
• Activelyencourage colleaguesto further develop themselves and seek out new trends.
