1. Experience: Minimum 12 months in a similar managerial role.
2. Coffee Expertise: Skilled barista with the ability to train new team members to high standards.
3. Qualifications: Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and a strong understanding of allergy management.
4. Leadership Qualities: Calm, focused, capable of managing rotas, conducting interviews, and training staff effectively.
