Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a dedicated team member for our cafs. You will help prepare, cook and serve food, keeping the kitchen clean and ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality. You will interact with customers, maintain stock and follow procedures to support a smooth caf operation.

Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and keep daily records.
• Rotate stock using FIFO to keep food fresh.
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook and serve food according to Tesco Caf standards.
• Know the Caf menu inside out and serve items as intended.
