About the role

Customers visit our café for various reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a quick coffee, we're here to provide excellent service. As a member of our Front of House team, your dedication to service and understanding of health and safety standards will help make each day better. Your responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and staying updated with our menu and initiatives. We support your career growth with flexible working options and opportunities to progress.

Please note: Applicants must be 18 or over.

You will be responsible for
  • Serving customers efficiently and courteously.
  • Resolving complaints and informing the Café Manager.
  • Following FIFO stock rotation to maintain food freshness.
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations and keeping records.
  • Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
  • Following operational policies and procedures.
  • Cleaning and sanitising tables.
  • Maintaining standards and availability of food products.
  • Staying informed on business communications and initiatives.
  • Knowing the menu thoroughly and serving food as intended.
  • Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
You will need

  • The ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
