About the role

Customers visit our café for various reasons. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to start their day or a quick pick-me-up, we're here to provide excellent service. As a member of our Front of House team, your dedication to service and understanding of health and safety standards will help make each day better.

Your responsibilities include serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, staying updated with our menu and initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming environment. We support your career growth with flexible working options and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers efficiently and courteously
• Resolve complaints and communicate with the Café Manager
• Manage stock rotation and food safety standards
• Accept deliveries and store food safely
• Follow operational policies and keep records
• Clean tables and maintain hygiene standards
• Ensure product availability and quality
• Stay informed of business updates and initiatives
• Know the menu thoroughly and prepare drinks
